Customers can return any products ordered from us within 7 days after the delivery date for replacement or full refund even if they simply changed their mind. However, customer must ensure:

1. The goods has not been used in any ways and it is still in the original condition as delivered which won't affect resell.

2. The original shipping charge payment won't be refunded and customer need to pay the cost of returning goods to us unless they received manufacture defective product.

In case that customers received an defective faulty product, Digital-4-U will accept goods return for replacement/refund within 14 days, the original shipping charge will be refunded, customer's cost of returning goods to us will be fully reimbursed.

The refund will be processed within 1 working day after goods returned to us, the refund will be done in the same way as we received the original payment.
