What will the 2/3 years extended international manufacture warranty cover?

The 2/3 years extended international manufacture warranty is provided by MACK Camera and Video Service. It will cover your equipment from manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Warranty will cover parts and labour for the life of the Extended Warranty plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Warranty a smart investment for your equipment.

Please remember, this warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

Do I need to register the Extended International Manufacture Warranty?

Yes, you will receive an MACK Extended International Manufacture Warranty Card within 7 days after you received the camera or camcorder from us. You must register the extended warranty with MACK online, the full instruction will come to you with that warranty card.

As I know, MACK is an USA company, I am living outside USA, do I need to send my camera back to USA for service?

Of course NO, actually, more than 99% of our customers live outside USA, all you need to do is to contact MACK for the manufacture authorised repair service in your area. For example, if you live in UK or Italy, you need to repair your Canon camera, all you need to do is contact MACK, they will arrange your Canon camera at the UK or Italian Canon authorized service centre in your local area, that is simple and easy!
